Hello everyone. As you can see from the title of this episode, the podcast team is on break this week and next week. We're taking a little bit of a break from thinking and maybe doing a bit more reflecting, dare I say, dreaming about many things, including what good stuff we can bring you in the months to come. If you're looking for something to listen to now, people seem to really like the episode we made about the movie Obsession last week. People really find that film compelling and it doesn't surprise me. It's the kind of movie that grabs you and keeps you thinking about it even in the days after you've seen it. We recently made an episode about AI associated delusions, a strange but important consequence for some people when they use AI too much. And if you haven't already, we also made a four-part mini-series on sleep that came out in the past couple of months. We are still releasing key moments, so the highlights of conversations that we've had recently. So you can check those out for any podcasts you haven't yet listened to. Brief announcement. So at the moment we can get feedback through lots of different channels, Instagram DMs, Twitter, email, etc. I now want to make a move to centralize all of that, in particular to make it easier for us to respond, but also to get you guys talking to each other. We really want to create more of a community around the Thinking Mind. So if you have a comment on an episode, my suggestion would be to go onto YouTube and go to our YouTube channel at Thinking Mind Podcast. Every episode is now coming out on YouTube as a full-length video. And if you have a comment, leave it there. And that way we'll get all of the comments in the same place and hopefully start a conversation between you guys as well. And in general, people often ask, you know, what's the best way I can support the podcast? I've been listening for a while, I want to help out. How do I do that? The best way right now is to engage with our YouTube channel. We want to become a YouTube first program. We will obviously still keep releasing on Apple, Spotify, etc. But YouTube is where we want to put all of our effort into. And YouTube, as you probably know, is the kind of platform that rewards engagement. So if you want to help us out, subscribing to the YouTube channel, commenting, as I've already mentioned, liking and recommending to other people by sharing the YouTube link, that would be super helpful. And by commenting on YouTube, that makes sure that I'll be able to respond to each and every comment that we receive. And that can include questions and that can also include suggestions and dare I say constructive criticism as well. A few interesting episodes we have coming up. So we will be doing an episode all about transcendental meditation. We will be doing an episode that really zones in on the art of doing something uncomfortable and psychological principles you can use to help you do that. We'll be talking to Justin Garson, the author of a new book called The Madness Pill about one doctor's desire to understand schizophrenia. And we have a whole lot of other episodes in the works for you guys. In the meantime, thank you so much for listening, and we'll see you here in a couple of weeks.
